Information to presenters
Please make sure to plan for a paper presentation of ca. 15 minutes. Standard paper sessions are planned to accommodate 4 presentations each. Speakers in the plenary sessions will be allowed 30 minutes for their presentation. Both types of session are planned to allow for 30 minutes of discussion time. Please have your presentation available in Powerpoint or pdf format at the conference, preferably on a USB stick.
The space for each poster is 1 x 1,80 m, which fits a vertical A0 poster or a horizontal A1 poster. The poster session will be held in the first floor of the Building. Please put your poster on the wall with the same number (You can find the number of your poster in the program). You can start to put up your poster on Thursday from 4:00 pm. We would ask you to leave it up until Friday evening or Saturday morning. Of course, you are welcome to take it with you after the conference.
